Job Description

Develop, design and support Databorough's product suite. Able to network with different groups required to perform the role effectively. Good process knowledge and compliance to programming/coding/design practices. Expected to show creativity, initiative and drive in the development & enhancement of the products.
Desired Profile
Candidate should possess:
- Solid Object Oriented skills and familiarity with Design Patterns.
- Good Knowledge and understanding of UML.
- Good understanding of Data modeling concepts.
- Good knowledge of working with RDBMS's viz. Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase.
- Excellent Working knowledge on Eclipse 3.x, IBM Rational Application Developer 6.0 and its internals.
- Good knowledge of Eclipse JFace, SWT.
- Knowledge of writing high quality Eclipse plugins will be a plus.
Candidate should have:
- BE / BTech / M.Sc. (IT/Computer Science/Electronics) / MCA Degree.
- Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic / deadline oriented environment.
- Excellent understanding of Socket programming & Multithreading.
- Exposure to Testing, Code Management and Bug tracking tools will be an added advantage.
JAVA Skills
- Working knowledge on Eclipse, IBM WebSphere Development Studio Client 5.x.
- Working experience of at least 6 months on J2EE Frameworks - Java Server Faces, Struts.
- Java Technologies - Servlets, Java Server Pages, Java Beans.
- Expertise in Servlets, JSP, XML, Ant.
- Exposure to Web servers viz., IIS, Tomcat, WebSphere
- Exposure to J2EE related Open Source Tools like Velocity, Hibernate will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to MVC Architecture will be an added advantage.
